Today, groups of energetic children entered Dingwen Academy， Hangzhou, with palpable enthusiasm and joy, reflecting the atmosphere of the 'Toward a bright future connected by our community's hearts and hands’ event. This was an extremely important moment for Dingwen as it officially welcomed its new students for the first time, marking a new chapter for the Academy!
孩子們的到來，為校園帶來了勃勃生機(jī)。剛踏入校園，孩子們就被眼前的場景深深吸引——一個地球圖形上，五彩斑斕的手印正逐漸形成學(xué)校的標(biāo)志。在老師們的引導(dǎo)下，孩子們排起了長隊，一個個小心翼翼地將自己彩色的手印留在了地球圖形上，每一個環(huán)節(jié)都顯得格外莊重而有意義。在等待的過程中，孩子們興奮地討論著自己的手印將會成為圖案中的哪一個部分，“我畫上了我的手印，感覺自己也是學(xué)校的一部分啦!”一年級的小朋友開心地說。隨著越來越多的手印加入，學(xué)校的Iogo漸漸成型，地球圖形也變得五彩斑斕。

The children brought effervescence to the campus. Their colourful handprints gradually formed the school's logo on a huge globe. The children excitedly discussed which part of the pattern their handprints would become. "I made my handprints, and I felt like I'm also a part of the school!" said a third-grade child excitedly. As more and more handprints were added, the school's Iogo gradually took shape, and mother earth's familiar form became clear .

走進(jìn)演藝廳，杭州鼎文學(xué)校理事長Flora Wan以“鼎文大家庭心手相連，成就多彩未來”為題進(jìn)行主旨演講。她表示這是一個充滿希望和夢想的新開始，這是一段共赴品質(zhì)國際化教育的新旅程，期待未來在鼎文學(xué)校的教育不僅是知識的傳遞，更是愛與智慧的傳承，期待與老師、學(xué)生、家長心手相連構(gòu)建一個“共建、共享、共創(chuàng)、共育”的美好教育生態(tài)圈。

Entering the theater, Flora Wan, the chairperson of Dingwen Academy, Hangzhou gave a keynote speech titled "The Dingwen family is connected by heart and hand, achieving a colorful future". She expressed that this is a new beginning,full of hope; a new journey towards superlative international education. She looks forward to providing future learning opportunities at Dingwen. She hopes to connect with teachers, students, and parents to build a beautiful educational ecosystem of "co-construction, sharing, co-creation, and education that is emboldened by the whole community".
外方校長Alan Wilkinson、教育研究院院長Jennifer Pun、校級德育主任Richard Zhang、小學(xué)部、中學(xué)部以及ECA、CCA的老師們紛紛登臺亮相，并由藝體老師帶來了精彩的團(tuán)隊演出，現(xiàn)場氣氛十分活躍，全面展現(xiàn)著鼎文師資團(tuán)隊的專業(yè)性。家長們紛紛表示了對鼎文學(xué)校的認(rèn)可和贊賞。一位家長欣慰地說：“鼎文學(xué)校的教育理念和師資力量給我留下了深刻的印象，我相信孩子們在這里會得到很好的培養(yǎng)。”

Alan Wilkinson, the international principal, Jennifer Pun, the dean of the research institute, Richard Zhang, the school moral education director, teachers from the primary and secondary school departments, as well as ECA and CCA, all made appearances on stage, and the art and sports teachers undertook incredibly entertaining team performances. The atmosphere on site was lively to say the least , fully demonstrating the creativity and provenance of the Dingwen teaching team. Parents expressed their acknowledgement and appreciation for the school and its staff. One parent said with satisfaction, "The educational philosophy and teaching staff of Dingwen School have left a deep impression on me. I believe that children will be cherished here.”
在各個教室里，老師們熱情洋溢地介紹自己，并與學(xué)生們進(jìn)行有趣的互動游戲。笑聲和掌聲此起彼伏，師生間的距離迅速拉近。“今天認(rèn)識了很多新朋友，老師們都特別親切，我已經(jīng)迫不及待想開學(xué)了!”一位初一新生滿懷期待地說。在老師的帶領(lǐng)下，孩子們參與了各種寓教于樂的游戲，不斷加深彼此之間的了解，也為即將到來的學(xué)習(xí)生活打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。

In each classroom, teachers enthusiastically introduced themselves and engaged in fun interactive games with students. Laughter and delight were evident throughout the school’s corridors.
“I made many new friends today, and the teachers were very friendly. I can't wait to start school! " remarked a sixth-year student enthusiastically.
Under the meticulous guidance of the teachers, the children participated in various educational activities, constantly deepening their understanding of each other and laying a foundation for their upcoming school career. The students were so clearly filled with anticipation regarding their formal entry into the school.
